Neighbourhood
Our home is located in the up and coming Bayview neighborhood of SF. This is a tight knit family oriented neighborhood in southeast San Francisco. It is home to artists, and is a hub for budding young businesses.
Bayview was just featured in a New York Times article as a place to see in SF. It is generally considered off the beaten path and is away from more touristy destinations.
There is a nice cafe, playground, library, train and more within walking distance. The grocery store is a 12 minute walk or a short train ride.
Our home is a great launch pad to get to nearly anything SF, or northern California has to offer. We are short drive to all of the sites. It is important to know we are not in the center of the city, but San Francisco is 7x7miles so it is a quick trip to get most anywhere.

Getting Around
Most people who live in the neighborhood use a car or uber/Lyft as primary transportation. Though there are several public transportation options, including buses and a light rail train, walking options are limited however there are several coffee shops, breweries and restaurants. We also have two bikes for your use.
