General overview
This pretty house is located in the heart of one of the most pinturesque towns in the Netherlands. You can't sleep on this gorgeous Volendaamse house. Within walking distance of the lively cozy Dijk, port and all shopping facilities/public transport. You can consider this a real luxury. Coziness certainly applies to this property and the atmosphere touches you immediately when you enter the house.
The space
We find a small hall area upon entering this ground floor house that brings you directly to the living room and main area. A spacious living room whose rear doors are equipped with a sliding doors to the lovely backyard with lots of private where you can place a lounge set and enjoy the wonderful summer days and evenings. The open kitchen is equipped with appliances and completes this cozy living space. Comfiest couch awaits a cozy evening with a movie and a home cooked-meal.
The bedroom is the smallest room upstairs and it has the one and only thing you need for a dreamy sleep, a double bed.
Right next to it we have the closet/ dressing room. It has a spacious marbe rain shower as well as a sink and some drawers for all your toiletries. Next to a very large wardrobe where you can store all your clothing and personal belongings.
On the other side we'd find the yellowest studio room you'll ever see! Equipped with a desk and a chair and some space for your work-gear (if any).
Besides the three rooms there is a laundry room and a small toilet only room.
Guest access
This ground floor house has two stories, 3 rooms upstairs (a double bedroom, a studio and a closet room),and a fully equipped kitchen with a spacious living room area and a fenced garden downstairs.
Big windows allow for a lot of daily natural light to come to the house. You couldn't be in a quieter neighbourhood.
