Karen and Pete have the most welcoming home. It's a HUGE ranch -- art galore, comfortable furniture, lovely fireplaces, and an incredible screened in porch where we spent most mornings. The home is bigger than the pictures, with lots of room to spread out. We stayed in their dedicated lower level guest suite - which has a king size foam mattress, soft bedding, private bath, and a separate office with gorgeous furniture. Karen even left us a crib for my baby, they have a ton of kids stuff. We especially enjoyed the separate kitchenette and coffee station! Having our "own" guest space was very comfortable. And of course don't forget the fabulous Kiwi, one of the most gorgeous floofy cats I have ever seen.
Massive yard and they even have a hot tub !! We did not get to use it but we hope to come back in the winter. The home is about 15 minutes to downtown, and 10 minutes to cute neighborhoods like 12th South and Hillsboro Village.
