Two story home with three beds upstairs and our preferred guest bedroom downstairs- with a King size bed, attached office and bath, along with a kitchenette.

Excellent location - 10-20 minutes to most of Nashville. Forest Hills is located between Green Hills, 12th South and Brentwood. It is a quiet residential suburb but not isolated.

  • Karen and Pete have the most welcoming home. It's a HUGE ranch -- art galore, comfortable furniture, lovely fireplaces, and an incredible screened in porch where we spent most mornings. The home is bigger than the pictures, with lots of room to spread out. We stayed in their dedicated lower level guest suite - which has a king size foam mattress, soft bedding, private bath, and a separate office with gorgeous furniture. Karen even left us a crib for my baby, they have a ton of kids stuff. We especially enjoyed the separate kitchenette and coffee station! Having our "own" guest space was very comfortable. And of course don't forget the fabulous Kiwi, one of the most gorgeous floofy cats I have ever seen. Massive yard and they even have a hot tub !! We did not get to use it but we hope to come back in the winter. The home is about 15 minutes to downtown, and 10 minutes to cute neighborhoods like 12th South and Hillsboro Village. Thank you Karen and Pete for giving our family a very very special trip !!!

Hello community. We're two retired professionals on the lookout for new adventures. Just this year, we've traveled to Morocco, Wales and England with France and Thailand on the horizon. Visited over 20 countries, but it's a big world. Karen was a an advertising and marketing business owner. Pete steered the largest philanthropic foundation in Middle, Tennessee, so two offices in our home, along with 3 bedrooms and 3-½ baths, two dens, living and dining room, welcoming kitchen/laundry room, sunny screened in porch and hot tub on the outside patio. Part of a Trusted Housesitter community, we've received all 5-star reviews for comfort of our home. Located in Nashville, Tennessee in a green, tree-filled neighborhood, just a 10-minute walk away from the most visited park in the state.
