Rebecca’s home is welcoming, cosy and has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It was very clean and tidy and we appreciated the welcome card and gift. Our kids enjoyed the trampoline and playing with different toys. Rebecca’s recommendations for places to eat in Shrewsbury and a lovely cycle path along the river were the highlights of our weekend trip. We also really enjoyed our day in beautiful Attingham park.

We recommend the family of Rebecca and Ian, we spent a week exotic and comfortable in their lovely home. The town of Shrewsburry is very interesting and nice. The house is very well located close to shops and the center. Coming from France by car, we were able to visit a national park, Liverpool, Birmingham, Oxford and Brighton! It was for us the 2nd exchange and again a success.

We are a family of four with a passion for travel. I’m Rebecca,  and I’m married to Ian and we have two kids aged 13 and 7.  Ian is a trained Field guide and runs his own travel and conservation company, so he is no stranger to  travelling the world. I am a singing teacher and acting coach.  We live in a Victorian house within walking distance of the beautiful town of Shrewsbury with access to the stunning Shropshire hills and its many walks. We love to explore nature, go for family walks, travel, keep fit and immerse ourselves in the natural world.  We are launching ourselves in to home swaps so we can see more of the world as a family.
