General overview
We own several homes in the Heart of Brevard! The one pictured is our personal 2/1 home in downtown Brevard and it affords the perfect Blue Ridge Mountains vacation! We have one called the Garden Craftsman that is 3/2 for those who need a little more space. See all four at brevardvacationhomes.com/. Easily walk to restaurants, plays, movies, shops, coffee houses, entertainment venues. A 10 minute car drive takes you to the beautiful Pisgah Forest which is a fly fishing, hiking, and biking paradise! Brevard Music Center, internationally recognized for it’s offerings of Mountain Music Festivals and Summer Concert Series is less than a mile from our home. We are located on the Brevard Bike Path. A short drive to Asheville, Asheville Airport, Lake Toxaway and Highlands. Brevard is dubbed the Land of Waterfalls! The space
Inside you will find an immaculate and very inviting light filled living room with a double electric recliner, a stressless recliner, large screen tv and dining room, a well equipped kitchen, a master bedroom with deluxe bedding, a second bedroom turned den furnished with a deluxe queen sofa bed and Stressless recliner. The outdoor environments are a joy. The front porch beckons you to relax and enjoy watching our neighbors walk by, the backyard is a large stone patio with multiple uses that include a Solo Stove fire pit with a stone bench and comfy seats, a large dining table under cover, a fountain, garden, hot tub, and solar lights. This is THE backyard to relax in for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and after a day of exploring. The double carport also houses the gas grill, outdoor TV for the sports enthusiast, and a favorite porch swing.
Guest access
Park next to the back door entrance! There is one small step to access the back door that has a keyless entry and unobstructed doorway.

Neighbourhood
Our neighborhood includes many residential homes as well as it is the beginning of downtown Brevard. A few steps from our home and you will be at Marcos Trattoria on West Main Street, a few more and you will find the Ace Hardware as well as the Blue Ridge Bakery. After that there are countless boutique shops, restaurants and coffee houses! Walk to every festival, summer concert series at the Library, Summer Street Dancing, and Art Walk!
Getting to my home
We have many flights into the Asheville Airport which is 35 minutes door to door. The Greenville, SC airport is a little more than an hour away and the Charlotte airport is 2.5 hours. You will need a car to get around. Bring your bike as it is a great way to explore the city or borrow ours!
