General Overview

Cozy and friendly family home, with natural light all day. Diner kitchen is a great conversation place. Gas fireplace for cozy winter nights.

The Space

We have a light filled house - morning and afternoon sun. Separate downstairs for family room or extra en suite bedroom.

Guest Access

A split level house, with living space on main floor. Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are half-flight of stairs. Main floor leads to patio and garden. Downstairs has a large family room with bathroom, access direct to garden.

Notes

The town of San Rafael is about 16 miles north of the Golden Gate bridge. It's the capital city of Marin County, half way between San Francisco and the Napa/Sonoma wine country.

Walking distance to high street, and bus/ train transit center - approx 8 minutes. Local train station serves the ferry to downtown San Francisco and neighboring towns in the County. Train access to the wine country also.

Getting to my home

San Francisco or Oakland International airports. Shuttle busses from airport to San Rafael. Taxi, Uber or Lyft approx $60/ each way.

Getting Around

Two grocery stores within a 10 minute walk. High street with shops and restaurants a 10 minute walk as well. Hiking trails, biking and local swimming pool - right out the front door.
