General Overview

What I love most about my home is the balance it gives me and my family. We’re tucked back in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, so it feels cozy and laid-back — a real retreat from the busyness of the beach. At the same time, we’re only a mile away, which means I can be on the sand in minutes, soaking up the sunshine by day or enjoying the energy of the night scene if I want. The house itself has that perfect mix I’ve always wanted: it’s warm and comfortable for family time, but it also has an outdoor living space with a built-in bar that makes entertaining easy and fun. Kids can run around and play, friends and family can come over, and the adults still have a space to gather, laugh, and enjoy each other’s company. To me, it’s both a family retreat and a place to share good times — that’s what makes it so special.

Hi, I’m Katie! I live in Virginia Beach with my 16-month-old son, Charlie, who brings so much joy and laughter into my life. A few years ago, after my divorce, I found myself at a crossroads and decided to rewrite my own story and create the family I had always dreamed of. I love what I do because it gives me the flexibility to work from anywhere — which means I can travel, explore new places, and still be fully present for Charlie. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me on the tennis court, out at the beach, or spending time with friends and family.
