3 bed / 2 bath home on the lake. 15 min drive to Canada’s 2nd largest Ski area. Amazing skiing with good snow, great terrain and great people.

Our home is 1600 sq ft with a lovely open plan kitchen, living and dinning room all over looking our beautiful ever changing lake. Kitchen is well set up for doing gourmet meals. The house is mainly heated with a wood stove that gives off more heat than we need. There is a furnace if required. Our home was built with visitors in mind. Master bed is at one end and two more at the opposite end. It works out perfect for two couples as there is a door to the bedroom wing which makes it like another master with ensuite. If you are traveling with kids then they would share the bath and have two separate bedrooms. Mater with ensuite, king bed 2 bd has a queen 3rd bd has a double.

All one one level with a few steps to get in. Lots of parking.

We have no cel service but we do have great wifi There are lots of trails to hike or snowshoe right outside our door. In summer we swim, canoe, kayak stand up paddle board. We have all the toys.

Our home is remote. 15 min to the ski hill where they have lots of restaurants, bars, groceries and liquor stores. Sun Peaks is an amazing village with lots going on all year round. Kamloops is a city of approx 100k people. It’s about 35 min away. There you will find all the big box stores and is much better for grocery shopping. Kamloops is a great friendly city with lots to do.

You need a vehicle and best to have a 4x4 in winter. We get lots of snow. There are no buses or taxis that come anywhere near us.
