General Overview

We are looking for a swap or spending a globe for 1 month during August 2027 PLEASE NOTE FOR ANY SWAPS WE WILL NEED TO BRING OUR SMALL HOUSE TRAINED, NON SHEDDING DOG, SO PLEASE BEAR THAT IN MIND WHEN REQUESTING SWAPS Our home is a spacious former farmhouse full of character, set right in the centre of the friendly village of Ipplepen. It’s the ideal place to enjoy both cosy family time and adventures around South Devon including the beautiful beaches and market towns like Totnes and Ashburton More pictures to come

The Space

Inside, you’ll find a large sitting room with an inglenook fireplace and wood-burner – perfect for relaxing after a day exploring. The kitchen is modern yet homely, with everything you need for cooking up family meals, plus a sunny breakfast bar for morning coffee. There’s also a separate dining room with lovely wood beams that opens onto the garden, a playroom filled with toys (and a futon for an extra guest) and crafts, and 3 large bedrooms, so there’s plenty of space for families or friends travelling together. There is a family bathroom with a roll top bath and a separate walk In shower plus a separate wc in the next room. The garden is private, level, and secure – ideal for children to play or a drink in the sun.

2026: August - open to anywhere in the U.K. Get in touch, we will happily take a look. Hi we are a family of 3 who love going on adventures whether thats close to home or aboard. We live out in the countryside so enjoy getting to experience things very different to us. As a couple me and my husband have backpacked around Asia & Africa and now we want to start experiencing the world as a young family. Our daughter is super adventurous and we can't wait to see her thrive on her travels. We are home owners so are very respectful to others properties as if it were our own. We can't wait to start seeing more of the world! We have a little dog who will come with us when we can or will stay at the grandparents when we are not home.
