The penthouse is in the perfect location on Seattle's Eastside, on the edge of Kirkland’s downtown, one block from the lake: Walk to beach, parks, downtown cafes, restaurants, bars, shops, grocery stores, and yoga/fitness/Pilates studios, the Kirkland performance center, library, marina.
In five minutes you can walk to a rail trail that lets you walk, run or bike for miles South or North. It also connects to an extensive regional trail system.
During summertime enjoy quick and easy access to Lake Washington for swimming, boating, lakeshore walking - we are located one block from the lake..
