The penthouse is in the perfect location on Seattle's Eastside, on the edge of Kirkland’s downtown, one block from the lake: Walk to beach, parks, downtown cafes, restaurants, bars, shops, grocery stores, and yoga/fitness/Pilates studios, the Kirkland performance center, library, marina.
In five minutes you can walk to a rail trail that lets you walk, run or bike for miles South or North. It also connects to an extensive regional trail system.
During summertime enjoy quick and easy access to Lake Washington for swimming, boating, lakeshore walking - we are located one block from the lake..

Getting Around
In walking distance (5-10 minutes) you find shops, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, a trail for walking, running or cycling, a marina, beach and park by Lake Washington.
For cyclists many trails connect the region.
The Kirkland bus transit hub (a few minutes walk) connects regularly to Seattle and other towns on Lake Washington‘s Eastside.
Major freeways are a few minutes away.
