General overview
Our newly built farmhouse is situated in a rural area with spectacular views across our farmland. We are surrounded by wildlife, on the edge of the magnificent river vienne which meanders its way to confolens, our nearest town.
The space
Our house was built upside down and you enter on the upper floor where we have an open plan lounge dîner with huge windows opening onto a raised balcony with stunning views. We have automatic geothermal underfloor heating and cooling covering all seasons. Italian walk in shower and full bath in our guest bathroom.
Guest access
2 floors but all living is on the upper floor and main entrance is also accessed on upper floor. Although we are 5 bedrooms we will be hosting couples...

Hi, my husband and I are dairy farmers, we've been living in France in the charente region for 16 years and are nearing retirement which will enable us to finally travel further afield. We have 3 children and 5 grandchildren
