Our home is close to everything: the beach, downtown village with great restaurants and shops, the lagoon, flower fields, Legoland, 30 minutes to Sea World, 45 minutes to Disneyland. We are set up with a backyard that will keep you entertained for weeks. Our home is also only 45 minutes away from Temecula Valley wineries.  You can take the Coaster train from Carlsbad down to San Diego to catch a Padres game, explore Old Town, and Gaslamp District for a quick day trip.

The Space

There are 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. We have a full gym available for use. The backyard has a full outdoor kitchen with 5 burner grill, pizza oven, ice maker, and side burner. There are two fire pits for relaxing around in the evening and making s’mores. There’s a ping pong table, corn hole, dart board, ladder ball, and a diving pool and spa.  We also have bikes for your family to use and a Pickleball net and paddles that we set up in the front yard.

We are a 10 minute walk to a very nice lagoon beach for paddle boarding and kayaking, there are tennis courts, basketball courts, and a playground.
