Getting around
To experience all that Kent has to offer, I would advise having a car so you can travel around the countryside going to National Trust Properties.
There is also buses that go to the neighbouring towns of Sevenoaks & Tonbridge that have many shops, restaurants, etc.
The train to London is a short walk away with the train to London Bridge about a 30 minute trip.
