General Overview

Our home is a lovely heritage listed house over two stories with a modern galley style kitchen, A lovely little sunroom, a separate dining room and lounge room and three bathrooms and three bedrooms with a beautiful courtyard and a heated swimming pool

The Space

The living area has big comfy couches and a smart tv with fast internet. We have a large dining room that can seat 10 overlooking the back garden. The kitchen has induction cooktop, oven code machine and most essential appliances!

Neighbourhood

We are in a lovely leafy suburb very close to the vibrant South Yarra, Richmond, sport stadiums and the city. The Yarra river is a few minutes walk away and a lovely spot to walk or bike ride into the city or Southbank.

Getting to my home

Our house is around half an hour drive from Melbourne Airport. We have a bus outside our house that goes past the botanic gardens and National Gallery to the city. There is also a tram a few minutes walk away that takes you past South Yarra station and the city.

Getting Around

The shops are a few minutes walk away with supermarkets bakeries cafes restaurants. Chapel street is about a 15 minute walk with many clothing stores cafes and two cinemas.
