Modern craftsmen house with lots of sunlight on a quiet block in Northeast Portland.
The space
We have 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The main bedroom is spacious with large windows overlooking our garden and has a king sized bed. There's a child's room with a queen mattress. The 3rd bedroom is being used as a home office, but can be converted to another bedroom. Our kitchen is spacious and stocked with great cooking equipment. We also have a dishwasher and washer/dryer.
Guest access
There are stairs leading up to the front porch, and a couple stairs leading up to the side and back entrances.
Notes
We can’t allow pets in the house due to allergies. We do have plenty of toys for kids and a cute garden with a hammock though!

Neighbourhood
The Northeast is one of the more diverse parts of Portland and offers a lot of great dining and shopping options. The immediate area is quiet, with lovely tree-lined streets for pleasant walks around the neighborhood. We're in walking distance to Alberta Park, Woodlawn Park and Faubion playground and field - all are wonderful for kids and adults. Within a 5-10 minute walk are some great cafes, restaurants, bars and a brewery.
Getting to my home
It's best to have access to a car, but we are near the line 8 bus route.
Nearest airport
Portland International Airport (PDX) is just a 15 minute drive away.
Getting around
There are some great parks, local eateries, cafes and bars within walking distance. However, if you need to go to a grocery store or explore further out it's best to have access to a car. We are near the line 8 and 75 bus routes, if public transit is preferred.

People Like Us Local Guide
I'm happy to provide tips for the area - although I'm fairly new here, as well. My work schedule can be hectic but am open to meeting for a drink if I'm able. Likewise, if you're traveling with kids I'd be up to set up a playdate with my daughter who is 7 years old.

We are a family of three and love going where the food is good and the people are friendly. Whenever there’s an opportunity to travel, we seize it! We recently moved from Brooklyn to Portland and will update photos when we’ve settled into our new house!
