Our home is in an amazing location--close enough to a lot of fun places but far enough away to enjoy quiet evenings. The home itself is comfortable, clean and family-friendly, with enough toys, activities and kids books in case you need a quiet day inside. Our backyard opens to a paved community path that is fun for biking or walking. We have more than five community parks and one city park within walking distance, as well as a pickleball court. We are within minutes of several grocery stores that offer delivery or curbside pick-up, and several restaurants, movie theaters, and gyms. The list of things to do in the Salt Lake and surrounding areas is almost endless!
The Space
The house has three levels.
Main level: Living room (with an electric piano), kitchen with a dining area and pantry, family room, a half bath and a laundry room.
Upper level: Three bedrooms--Main bedroom with king bed, treadmill and bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a three bed bunk bed. Bedroom 2 has been converted to an office/kids' library with a single-sized sofa bed and a small desk. A second bathroom is also on this level.
Basement: Smaller family room (full of a variety of toys, games and puzzles) and a bedroom with two twin beds.
The neighborhood is generally quiet but not a ghost town--there are kids riding bikes and people walking their dogs or going for strolls.
Guest Access
With three levels and two sets of stairs in the house, as well as the entrances each having at least one step up, our house isn't very accessible for those requiring wheelchairs, walkers or anyone who can't climb stairs easily.
Notes
The kitchen is pretty well-stocked. In addition to the standard kitchen supplies of plates, glasses, bowls, silverware, pots, pans and mixing bowls, etc., we have an electric griddle, a toaster, an immersion blender, electric beaters, a Blendtec blender, a Bosch mixer, a food processor, sharp knives, a waffle iron, and a coffee maker.
We have subscriptions to Disney+, Amazon Prime Video, Netflix and Peacock TV.
Our high-speed internet is generally very reliable.
We are happy to provide a portacrib with advanced notice.

A car would be the easiest since we don't have any train/bus stops within walking distance of our house. However, the public transportation system is pretty good and you could take Trax directly from the airport, change to the Front Runner and be dropped off within 10 minutes of our house. From there you could use Uber or Lyft. You can use the Front Runner to get around from Provo to Ogden.
