General overview
Cozy 2 Bed, 1 bath home near the fun neighborhood of West Asheville, but far enough away for some quiet. On 3/4 of an acre, fenced-in front yard with privacy. One queen bed, and one queen futon. The second bedroom is set up for work from home with a standing desk. Very bright space with lots of windows and an open floorplan!
The space
Large backyard, back porch with comfy furniture and surrounded by trees. I use the yard to play bocce ball and throw frisbee. I have a smoker BBQ, which makes all food taste amazing. Front yard with small porch and fenced in, mostly with a privacy fence.
Guest access
1 floor home, 2 stairs to enter. The living room and kitchen are open floor plan which has been so lovely when I host guests.

I have lots of recommendations for restaurants, hikes, breweries and bars, places to visit, and more!
Dozens of hikes within a 30 minutes drive, and hundreds within an hour. One hour from the Great Smokey Mountains National Park, 45 minutes from Lake James and Lake Lure for kayaking/swimming/boating, and dozens of waterfalls close by. 10 minutes to the French Broad River.
