Downstairs area hosts the master bedroom an open plan kitchen and living room as well as a dining area and sit down area. the entire house has a panoramic view to a 40 acre lake which host beautiful birds all through the year. There is a private pool with a BBQ as well as a 2 car garage. The association has a tennis court that can also be used. The house is in the middle of town so very close to all amenities and is a 7 min drive to beautiful beaches

The space

Modern clean design with pieces from around the world. Very open and bright. All bedrooms have a full bathroom. Master bedroom and 1 bedroom on second floor have a king size bed and a bathtub, third bedroom has a queen size bed.

Location is perfect for vacationers who want a mix of Beach, city life, theatr, great restaurants and a day trip to all of Disney Theme Parks. This area is also a golfers paradise with plenty of public and private courses.
