General Overview

Located on the white, powder, sandy beach of Orange Beach, Alabama. Lots of nearby outdoor activities. Plenty to see and do or if you prefer to unwind and watch the sunset. Complex is beach front. 3 pools, one of which is heated. Kiddie pool. Tennis court. Our balcony has a view of the courtyard pool. Fabulous beach town filled with lots of history and plenty of adventure and amusement for everyone!

The Space

AQUA BREEZE located at SUGAR BEACH, 2 BEDROOMS, 2 BATH, & SLEEPER SOFA, SLEEPS 6 Welcome to Aqua Breeze located in the Sugar Beach complex located directly on the beach! We love that our complex was designed with family in mind. It features a total of 4 pools. Yes, four! Two of the pools are beach front, plus a kiddie pool where the little ones can play. Poolside restrooms are provided for your convenience. One of the pools is heated to 85 degrees for the cooler months. The fourth pool is the courtyard pool! Our balcony overlooks the courtyard pool, perfect for keeping an eye on your family from up in the room. On the same level as the courtyard pool is a huge sun deck that has breathtaking beach views, a tennis court, and shuffleboard. We also have a poolside snack bar that is open during peak season months! The SUGAR SHACK offers light meals, beverages, and even cocktails for our guests who are over 21 (while in season). Other amenities include... covered first floor parking deck, security guard gate, 3 gazebos, covered hallways to the units, BBQ grilling area, Picnic tables, 2 elevators -one close to our unit, and Wifi. Once you enter our unit the hall opens up to the fully equipped kitchen that features granite counter tops, and a breakfast bar that seats four. There is a stacked washer/dryer in the unit. The kitchen overlooks the dining table and living room. The living room has a sleeper sofa to sleep 2 guests and a flat screen tv. Glass balcony doors in the living room open up to the large balcony that overlooks the courtyard pool, glimpses of the beautiful beach view, and sight lines of the tennis court. Located in the hall is a full bathroom with a tile tub/shower and granite counter tops. The guest bedroom features a queen size bed, dresser and flat screen TV. The master bedroom also features a queen size bed, chest, walk-in closet, en suite, and balcony access. The en suite has a tile shower stall and granite counter tops. **Please note: Parking pass is required and can be purchased from the guard gate (cash only) at $35 per vehicle. The parking pass is good for the entire length of your stay. ATM is located across the street.

The complex is 3 stories high. Both the elevator and stairs are close to our unit. We are located on the second floor.

Checkout is at 10am. All of the trash needs to be taken out (including restrooms). All dishes loaded in the dishwasher and turn on dishwasher. Any dirty towels, leave in the bathtubs. Empty fridge and freezer. Turn A/C to 75 degrees. The cleaners will handle the rest :) ADDITIONAL FEES: $35 parking pass per vehicle can be purchased at the guard shack. They accept cash only. The parking pass is good for the entire stay. $150 cleaning fee that will be paid to me. I will pay the cleaners to come after your checkout.

You may also rent bikes at the entrance! *To-Go Seafood is directly across the street for great, in room dining! NEARBY: This complex location is close and convenient to Gulf Shores & Orange Beach. Tons of shopping, sight-seeing, activities, restaurants, and more are just a few minutes away!

Getting to my home

Best way to get to our home is by car. There is a parking deck, and it is $35 per parking pass. The parking pass is good for the entire length of your stay.

Mobile, AL airport (MOB) or Pensacola, FL airport (PNS). Both about 60-90 minute drive away.

Getting Around

Transport via car is the best option for getting around.

My husband and I have 3 children. 2 of the 3 are grown and out on their own. Our youngest, teenage daughter, is still in the home. She homeschools and that frees up our traveling availability! Most of the time we will be traveling as a family of 3. We have just recently got a little more flexibility in our schedules and are hoping to do more of it. Our secondary/vacation condo is in Orange Beach, Alabama. We have owned our condo for a little over 5 years. We love hosting families. While we have not participated in any swaps per say, we have hosted 180 guest stays and take pride in maintaining a 4.9 star review on VRBO. We live in the town next door to Orange Beach. If our schedules line up, we would love to meet :) Our primary residence is the home listed. We are here full time, unless we have other travel adventures going on. Would love to travel to: We are passholders at Universal Studios in Orlando and frequent that area. Exchanges near there would be ideal and cut down on our hotel costs. South Carolina Beaches or near Florida Beaches Open to more!
