General overview
Second home in Kyoto that I use when I want to run-away from the City (I live in Tokyo)
I use this space for my own but since it is a big house I rent it per month once in a while.
The space
The house is a 90 square meters house which is divided into 3 floors
First Floor
Parking lot for 1 car
! guest room with a sofa bed , i usually use this room as office when i come here to work from home, desk

The house is located in walking distance from Kyoto-station, 10-12 minutes walking, where there are Subway , JR and Bullet Train Station
This makes the house very central to explore other cities like Osaka, Nara, Himeji, Kanazawa, Kansai Airport, Nagoya, etc.
Also it surrounded by temples , Toji Temple can be seen by one of the rooms and

Walking distance to the house 10-12 min from JR Kyoto Station or 2 minutes walking distance to Toji Station
Also there are 2-3 bus stops that connect within Kyoto City , in Kyoto is very common to use the bus to go around the city or by Bicycle
Nearest airport
Kansai or Itami Airport, you can reach Kyoto station by bus or by train
Getting around
The AEON shopping mall is 5 minutes walking distance and there you have from supermarket, starbucks, cinema, duty free stores to many restaurants options
in front of the house there are 2 24 hours convenience stores and one more supermarket
