General Overview

Our house is modest but comfortable. Since we bought it in 2016, we have spent a lot of time and love making it our own. Our home is very well located. Close enough to the forest to walk many miles and close enough to bring your paddle board and enjoy a peaceful river. We're also just 20 minutes away from the Capitale Nationale to discover the beautiful Quebec City.

The Space

Our cottage-style home has 3 floors. There's a kitchen, dining room and bathroom on the main floor. The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom. A 4th bedroom, bathroom, office and sitting area are in the basement. We also have an attached garage, a heated above-ground pool and a covered terrace with fireplace and BBQ.
