General overview
We're located on the South side of Sioux Falls near 57th & Cliff.
We're happy to host anyone in our one-bedroom private basement or swap for the entire home. We travel a lot in the summer, so it's very possible the whole house could be available. Just ask!
Our House is located on the south side of Sioux Falls, SD on a quiet cul de sac. 4-bed, 4-bath. 3,200 square feet.
The master bedroom has a king bed, small flatscreen TV, and ensuite full bath with a robin-egg blue whirlpool tub from the early 90s that still works like a charm.
There are two other queen bedrooms on the main floor (kids' rooms). Both are across the hall from the upstairs full bath.
Living room and half bath off the kitchen round out the upstairs.
The bedroom downstairs has a queen bed with a bathroom across the hall. Kitchenette will full-sized refrigerator. Large family room with mountains of toys and a flatscreen TV. We also have an air mattress if you'd like.
Pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

On a whim (more like a severe case of wanderlust) I was looking at this website and now I can't stop thinking about it! We're looking for something with three bedrooms and reliable internet. That's really our only requirements. Other 'preferreds' would be exotic/international (beach?), and transportation included (or good public transportation available). Basically, we're open to adventure as long as we can be comfortable 'at home.' July is ideal, but the last week of June or the first week of August are also possible. We can be flexible on duration.
Us: My wife (37F) and I (40M) have two kids (6F, 5M). She is a professor and has her summers off. I can work from anywhere. We both lived in Nicaragua for two years after college so we speak Spanish. We love to cook, eat, drink, garden, and be active.
