General overview

Our home is a high standard apartment. It has a spacious living room with a kitchen and big wooden table for family dinners. There are beautiful huge windows so you can immerse in nature. There are two gardens - one with a terrace, perfect for a morning coffee and a minute for yourself. There are three bedrooms ( one with a master bed has its own bathroom with shower). In the house there are three bathrooms (shower and bathtub). There is also a laundry room. Our home is on the ground floor in the gated, exclusive community. There is a playground for kids.

Notes

We have a SUV car - Suzuki Vitara so we can also arrange a car exchange while swapping houses. There is a parking spot in the underground garage. There are bikes for adults and kids available and a lot of toys to play in kids room.

Neighbourhood

We live in a new and beautiful district Miasteczko Wilanów which is 20 minutes by car or public transport from city center. Miasteczko Wilanów is a newer residential development in the neighbourhood that sits alongside the historic palace and nature reserves. Miasteczko Wilanów complex is located in southern part of the city, in a peaceful environment close to the famous Palace of Wilanów. There are many green areas nearby the complex. It offers good connection with the city center as well as very well developed local infrastructure, including various shops, restaurants and various service points. The neighbourhood is really save and family friendly. There are a lot of bakeries, restaurants, coffee bars like Starbucks, greengrocers, parks, gym and movie theatre. Everyone will find here something for themselves.

Getting to my home

The area is well communicated. We live 3 minutes by walk from a bus stop and 15 minutes by bus from metro. You can also use uber.

Getting around

The name of the district “Miasteczko Wilanów” means “town Wilanów”. You find here basically EVERYTHING you need by walk without moving anywhere further. It is one of the most desirable area to live in Warsaw.

We are family of 5 - Jan, Agnieszka, Aleksandra (23), Franek (11) and Staś (8). We love to travel and experience adventures together. We are very sporty, we love to practise sports like horse riding, tennis, windsurfing, football, running and riding a bike. We take care of others houses like they are ours.
