General overview

Our apartment is located on the 1st floor. It is modern and fully equipped. It is located in one of the most vibrant area in Tel Aviv, yet in a very quiet residential street, just 2 min walk from restaurants, bars, supermarkets, kids playground. It is 5 minute walk from the beach as well as from the old port promenade (which is not a port anymore), and at proximity to a big park with a lot of outdoor activities.

The space

It is a family apartment with two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one for two children with a bunk bed. The fully equipped kitchen and bathroom were renovated about 6 years ago.

The apartment is children freindly, with a lot of toys, scooters which you will be free to use.

Neighbourhood

The flat is located in an area called Hatsafon Hayashan, at 7 minutes walk from the seashore and 2 minute walk from the biggest park in Tel Aviv (park hayarkon). It is in a quiet street adjacent to one of the most animated street in Tel Aviv (Yermiyahu) with plenty of restaurants and bars and two grocery stores at one minute walk opened 24/7. There are public transport stations at proximity of the apartment. There are plenty of outdoors activities nearby (water sports, running and biking trail in the park, climbing wall, outdoor gym, basket ball court) as well as an indoor gym 2 minutes walk from home. There are also several amazing playgrounds for kids nearby.
