General Overview

We recently converted our basement into an in-law apt with a queen bed and a shower. We have a full kitchen/bar with four stools, as well as three couches(one is a double sofa bed) and we have a comfy Aerobed if needed. There is a half bathroom off the kitchen as well. It could fit two adults and 2-3 kids easily in the 1100 sq ft. space.

The Space

Our backyard is our favorite as it abuts conservation land so it is very private and serene. We have a new deck/grill & fire pit that we enjoy most spring/summer/fall nights. We also have a large backyard for kids to run around. We are walking distance to the town center with restaurants/cafes and a wonderful playground for kids of all ages!

Guest Access

The apt has its own entrance at the back of our house and it is all on one floor with two steps down to the entrance.

Getting to my home

Downtown Boston is 20 minutes away on the train which runs every 30 minutes or so. You can walk to the train station from our house in a few minutes. There are so many amazing neighborhoods to explore including: *Seaport/waterfront *North End/Little Italy *Faneuil Hall/Freedom Trail *Government Center/Haymarket and so many more!!!

Getting Around

We are a seven minute walk to the train to downtown or a five minute drive to the train to the 128 Station that connects Boston with NYC via Amtrak.
