General Overview

Humble 78 sq meter ground floor apartment home. We're conveniently located 3 min walk from a centrum with grocery store and Tunnelbana (Metro) that leads into the city center within 10-15 mins. Close to several parks, biking/walking trails, the waterfront, and a mall. We have a cat, Peppar!

The Space

A master bedroom with king sized bed, two nightstands, some open closet space. Guest bedroom/office space - tall, queen sized air mattress only at this point as it is primarily used as an office. Bathroom - Standard bathroom with shower, tub, toilet, sink, washer/dryer. Large open living room & dining area. Table with 4 chairs. Couch. Cat playground. Patio door to outside. Patio - wrap around patio connected to a shared courtyard with the neighboring buildings. Sun umbrella available and two separate outdoor couch areas with a table for each. Kitchen - large kitchen with all standard appliances & plenty of pantry space. Entry way - shoe cabinet, large mirrored sliding door closet. Storage closet - full of our camping and sports gear & first aid stuff

Ground Floor - need key fob to access building & garbage. Elevator available. - Go down 2 floors and exit front of building (building is built into a hill).
