General overview
Our split level home in the East Bay Area (Castro Valley) is perfect for a family of 4-6, with a beautiful terraced garden and patio for outdoor dining and barbecuing. Only a 35 minute drive to San Francisco or Silicon Valley, 1.25 hrs to Napa Valley, and 3.5 hrs to Lake Tahoe or Yosemite National Park. We also have the friendliest neighbors!
The space
Living room, kitchen and dining area on the middle floor have an open layout. Master bedroom, two other bedrooms, and two full bathrooms are upstairs. Downstairs, you will find a den/office with a piano, television, and half bathroom.
The backyard/garden is terraced and is perfect for dining al fresco. Propane bbq and outdoor sink are available as well as plenty of patio umbrellas for shade.
Guest access
This is a tri-level (or split level) home. As you enter the front door, you will be on the middle floor. Half a set of stairs up will take you to the bedrooms, and half a set of stairs down will take you to the den/office.
