Neighbourhood
Our neighborhood is quiet and residential, dotted with small and large parks as well as 4-5 playgrounds only minutes away by foot. There are many supermarkets close by, a beautiful public pool that's amazing in the summer, plus great options for running, hiking and cycling as we are just at the bottom of Vienna's hills (Schafberg, Wilhelminenberg, Heuberg).

Tram line 2 is just 2 mins away and takes you straight into Vienna's Inner City. Tram lines 43 and 44 are 7 mins away and both take you to the city center as well, along major subway stations. U3 subway station Ottakring (the final stop of the U3 line) is 10 mins walking.
We are located at the outskirts of the city, meaning it is a bit more quiet than in the inner city districts with beautiful parks, wineries, playgrounds and even an amazing public pool very close by. An excellent choice if you are a family with smaller children!
