We have a 3bed/2bath in a quiet neighborhood just north of downtown Raleigh.
Plenty of parks/restaurants/bars/shops within a short walk. And all the big box (supermarket, hardware, etc) just minutes away.
The Space
The 3 bedrooms are setup as a baby room, king size bedroom, and an office. We have a blow up air mattress and a pull out sofa mattress for additional sleeping space.
The kitchen has most anything you’d need for coking and the living room is setup primarily for entertaining.
We have a yard with a grill and smoker, outside dining table, and small porch for a morning coffee.
Guest Access
The house had a few small steps to get in both the front and back, as well as a small step from the kitchen to the dining room/back of the house.
