General Overview

Our holiday home is a three bedroom top floor flat in the picturesque seaside town of Llanca in Catalonia. It has a huge roof terrace with 360 degree veiws

The Space

We have 3 bedrooms, a lounge with east and west facing balconies. A newly refurbished kitchen and bathroom. There is aircon in the main bedroom and all bedrooms have ceiling fans. Please note, this is a meat free property, many thanks.

top floor flat - up approximately 7 steps from street level. Once inside the roof terrace is accessed by a flight of stairs

Neighbourhood

Llanca is 15 km from the French-Spanish border, with an active fishing port and a new yacht harbour.. Llançà consists of Llançà village and the Port de Llançà. The older village, has a number of historical buildings surrounding the plaza major. The port is newer, having been developed only in the course of this century. There is a seasonal amusement park for younger children, a water park approx 15km away for older ones. There is possibility to rent boats or enjoy snorkeling and kayaking.

Getting to my home

Nearerst airports are Girona and Perpignan - 1 hour. Barcelona, 2 hours. There is also a train station in the town with connections to Girona and Barcelona.

You can get around without a car, but please note that the flat is at the top of a steep hill
