General overview
Our house is large and family-friendly. It is equipped to receive families with children over 6 years old. She has a wonderful view.
The space
Our house is made up of 5 half floors, with many stairs.
We will provide 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms:
- a master bedroom (160 bed) with bathroom on the 3rd half floor
- a bedroom with a 140cm sofa bed on the 5th half floor
- a bedroom (child 1) with a 120 cm mezzanine bed on the 5th half floor
- a bedroom (child 2) with a 120cm loft bed on the 5th half floor.
- a bathroom with shower and bathtub on the 5th half floor
The living areas are spacious:.
- a living room-dining room-kitchen: which occupies the entire 2nd half floor and which overlooks the terrace
- a mezzanine with TV, table football and library.
Outside from mid-May to mid-October: a terrace with table, chairs, garden furniture, barbecue and pizza oven.
A small swimming pool with terrace, deckchair and summer shower.
In winter: on the terrace of the master bedroom we have a spa (water at 38°). Before enjoying it, a mandatory shower.
We have a large garden with a lot of slope, a small vegetable patch. A swing is installed at the top of the garden.
Guest access
Not accessible for people with reduced mobility due to the many stairs.
Access to the house is via a private lane which serves 2 houses including ours.
Notes
The terrace of the swimming pool which is in height (approximately 1m50) has no barrier. The pool has an electric curtain to secure.

Neighbourhood
Small village located on the heights of cluses 45 minutes from Geneva, and 45 minutes from Chamonix.
10 minutes by car from the resort of Les Carroz d'arches. There are no shops or services in our village. The nearest bakery is 5 minutes away. The nearest grocery store is also 5 minutes away but in the opposite direction.

Getting around
A car is essential to be able to come to us and enjoy the activities offered in winter and summer.
