General overview
We live in a new waterfront home with swimming pool; close to white sand beaches, a world-class golf course, local shopping, restaurants and an international resort-style hotels. The house is very light with an open-plan design incorporating a granite/stainless steel kitchen, living area, indoor and outdoor dining areas plus a terrace overlooking the pool and lagoon. There are 3 bedrooms plus a separate fully equipped office, 2 bathrooms with spa bath, a double garage and air-conditioning. This is our main home, used for home exchanging but never rented.
We're looking for an exchange in 2025 in Europe. We love surprises!! Please let us know if you would like to chat.
The space
Our house is single storey with a small grassed garden at the front, plus a terrace, deck beside the lagoon and pool at the rear - overlooking the Twin Waters lagoon.
Guest access
The house is on one level with no stairs.
Notes
We have exchanged homes over 100 times since 2000. The concept has brought us many new friends and provided opportunities to explore some wonderful places; often far away from the usual tourist areas. After so many swaps, we understand the importance of caring for other people’s property and possessions. This house is our main residence and never rented, but accommodates home exchangers. As we have another home, non-simultaneous swaps are easy for us to arrange at any time. The house is an adults only environment. We have a gorgeous, but independent cat - Bailey, who will be at home for simultaneous exchanges.

We're a mature couple of very experienced and enthusiastic home swappers, originally from England. I'm from London and Derek is from Manchester.
The concept has brought us many new friends and provided opportunities to explore some wonderful places; often far away from the usual tourist haunts. At the last count we've done over 100 exchanges since 2000.
We're both very active and love the outdoors ... hiking, biking, swimming, snorkelling, rock climbing (just Derek!) and exploring new environments: both cities and country areas.
"We love Europe and would love to return in 2024/2025"
