Neighbourhood
This is a very quiet neighbourhood of comfortable homes on large lots. The neighbourhood is primarily full-time residents but there are a few seasonal residents. The home is high-bank but the access to the ocean is very close. A very large park (more than 1500 acres) is at the end of the street and has many km of well marked trails and is one of the nicest features of this property. Walkers and joggers will be thrilled with the easy access.
Nearest airport
Comox Valley Airport YQQ is 15 minutes from the home.
Getting Around
This is a semi-rural location and you will need a car or be prepared to take taxi's. The public transit in this area is very limited. The shops for groceries etc are about 15 minutes (or less) away by car. Two communities, Comox and Courtenay are nearby and contain all the services.
