General overview
Duplex near a golf course, spacious and quiet. Logroño is 20 minutes away by car, where you can visit the city and have some tapas and a good wine in one of the best known tapas areas in Spain "La calle Laurel". Wine (good wine) and gastronomy are the hallmarks of La Rioja. From here you can visit wineries, such as Marqués de Riscal, the work of Frank Gehry among others. You will be able to discover the route of the monasteries (Valvanera, Suso and Yuso...) or discover the hot springs and dinosaurs in La Rioja Baja.
It is also an ideal enclave to get to Vitoria, Soria (1 hour), Bilbao (1 hour and a half) or Zaragoza and San Sebastián (2 hours).
The space
The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, the one on the upper floor open to the lower part, which provides a great feeling of spaciousness, with a 1.60 m bed and a small space where (if necessary) one could put an additional mattress. In the lower part there is a spacious living room with a fireplace and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a divan that can be made into a double bed or two singles. The kitchen is spacious and has everything you need for day to day. There are two bathrooms with bathtubs, both one on the ground floor and one on the upper floor. There is a terrace with spectacular views (on clear days you can see the Pyrenees), where there is a table for 4-6 people.
Guest access
The house is located in a pedestrian street that is accessed by a path, it is the first row of two blocks of houses, the road being in the second row.
The house is on the first floor, without elevator, so it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. There is a garage space in the basement, however it is not usually necessary since there is always space on the street to park and it means going up an additional flight of stairs.
