The apartment in Sunshine Beach is perfectly situated a short stroll from the surf and sand. This spacious top-floor apartment in a small established complex of only six sleeps up to six guests across 3 double bedrooms. Enjoy stunning ocean views from the main bedroom, lounge and front balcony with hinterland views from the smaller rear balcony. The complex has a shared pool and a large grassed area at the rear, which while not enclosed is great for kids to run around. The open-plan living area opens out onto the sunny balcony that overlooks the pool. Enjoy alfresco dining under starry skies or watch out for migrating whales in winter. An umbrella is provided for shade when needed and the large sliding doors and louvred side windows allow ample airflow. The property is also air-conditioned. The main air-conditioned bedroom has a deluxe King bed and opens out onto the balcony. The main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom which includes a shower, basin and toilet. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have a Queen Bed and 2 x Singles respectively and share the rear balcony. The newly renovated main bathroom has a walk-in shower and double vanities plus a separate WC. The compact kitchen has also been renovated and features marble top benches and new appliances. There is a dining table to seat 6 and a comfortable lounge area with large SmartTV for you to access all the different streaming services as well as normal Free-Air TV.
