General Overview

Welcome to a modern holiday home with the best sea views. The house has all the amenities and a high standard. The view is fantastic and it is only 60 meters to one of the most beautiful pool areas on the coast. The house is located in La Herradura which is a cozy village with nice beaches, many nice restaurants with good food and nice bars. La Herradura is a neighbor of Nerja and Almuñécar.

The Space

The house was built in 2003 and completely renovated in 2021 and has three floors. The house has a total of eight beds spread over four bedrooms. There is also a sofa bed with space for two. On the upper floor there is a kitchen, dining room/TV room and access to the large terrace. The kitchen, which is brand new, is well equipped and has a nice bar table. In the living room there is a large dining table, two large sofas and a TV as well as BT speakers. On the terrace there is a large table with plenty of room for 10 people, a gas grill and a couple of armchairs. The middle floor consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a terrace. On the ground floor there is a studio with its own kitchen, living room/dining room, bedroom with double bed and bathroom. In the living room there is a sofa bed with space for two. If you want to ski, you can do it in Sierra Nevada, which is 70 minutes from La Herradura. Normally, the slopes are open between the beginning of December and the end of April.

Notes

Towels and bed linen are available. There are also two Padel courts at the pool area that is included in the community (free of charge)
