Cozy house between Stockholm city and the Arlanda airport in a green family friendly area. Surrounded by Swedish nature, with forest hiking paths and lakes and well connected to all the experiences and entertainment the city has to offer.

The Space

Two floors and 4 bedrooms. Two bedrooms have double beds (180 and 160cm wide), two more bedrooms with single bed and additional toddler bed 150 cm long. 
The house is infant/toddler friendly, with fences, high chair and baby crib.
Lower floor and bathrooms have floor heating, there is a fireplace in the living room.
Kitchen has stove, oven, microwave, air fryer, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, automatic coffee machine, kettle, toaster. We have a separate laundry room with washing machine and a drying machine, it is also a simple gym (please see on the pictures).

Please note that we ask to pay 1000 sek for cleaning once for each stay (we order this service from professional company and have to pay this amount).

Notes

We separate garbage for recycling (like pretty much everyone in Sweden): paper, plastic, glass, metal and mixed garbage. We have containers for each type.

Neighbourhood

Beautiful green and family friendly area with private houses. 25 min walk to a lake with a small sandy beach, about 25-30 min drive to Stockholm city.

It is surrounded by typical Swedish nature, green natural parks and it is 3 km to the lake Norrviken with relaxing green waterfront and sandy beach.
The villa is situated in the big Stockholm Area, Upplands Väsby district. Stockholm city center is 28km away, it is 25-30 min drive by car (parking is available free of charge).
There is a shopping center with anything you might need in everyday life in 4 km from our villa area, 10 min by bus or 15 min by bicycle. Nearest supermarket is 2,5km away.

Getting to my home

By flight Stockholm Arlanda Airport.
By train Stockholm Central station (T-Centralen), then city train to Upplands Väsby station (25-30 min) and a bus.

Nearest airport

Arlanda Airport (Stockholm) is in 20 min drive or 15 min by train + 15-20 min by bus.

We are a family of 3, me Mariia, my husband Fahd and our son Aslan living in Sweden, in Stockholm region.
