General overview

Cozy family home at the base of Mount Ogden in beautiful Ogden, Utah. Nestled at the base of the Wasatch Mountain Range. Two blocks from world-class hiking and mountain biking trails, ten minutes from two fantastic fishing rivers, fantastic rock climbing, two ski resorts within 30 minutes, and many others within 60-90. Beautiful historic downtown 5 minutes away with delicious local eateries. Train station to Salt Lake City and Utah Valley 5 minutes away. Part of our basement is a rental apartment with tenants. They are very sweet and quiet. Around 2500 sq ft of the 3400 sq ft house are accessible to guests. World-class destinations within a few hours in every direction: Yellowstone National Park (5 hours), Jackson Hole (4 hours), Sun Valley Ski Resort (4 hours), Grand Canyon 7 hours, Zion National Park (4 hours), Moab and Arches National Park (4 hours), Las Vegas (7 hours), Aspen Colorado (7 hours), Uinta Wilderness National Park (2 hours).

The space

Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. Two large living rooms. Refinished backyard with a gas fire pit and large patio with patio and dining furniture. Covered back patio and a two-car garage. Large grass backyard with trampoline and children's toys.

Guest access

Two floors. The majority of the living space is on the main ground floor level with a large living room, used as a kids playroom, in the basement.

Notes

We have a rental apartment with very quiet, respectful tenants. 2500 sq ft of the 3400 sq ft house will be available to guests.
