General overview

We live in a small village about 25 miles drive from Galway city centre. Our house is situated on its own grounds plenty of peace and quiet. Walking distance to local pub,church shop etc.

The space

Our house is a 3 story . 2 reception rooms, a sunroom, 5 bedrooms 2 ensuite, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and dining room, utility and back kitchen. We have quite a large outdoor space. Stables and shed. The use Of our car will be available it's a 7 seater. We have all the usual commodities TV's, PS4 etc.

Our house has 3 floors. Our attic contains storage and spare room. 2 nd floor has bedrooms 1 bathroom , hotpress. Ground floor living areas and kitchen , utility area.

Neighbourhood

We live in a small village which consists big 1 pub, 1shop ,football grounds, church. We are about 3 miles from nearest village and around 25 mins drive from Galway city centre.

Getting around

We have a family 7 seater car which will be available while you are here. Also the local buses are an option also.
