General Overview

Welcome to my cozy apartment in Berlin! My bright and comfortable apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood with excellent public transport connections. The Landsberger Allee S-Bahn station is only a 5-minute walk away, making it easy to reach Alexanderplatz, the city center, and all of Berlin's main attractions. One of my favorite things about the location is that Volkspark Friedrichshain is just a 2-minute walk away. It's perfect for a morning run, a relaxing walk, a picnic, or enjoying one of the park's cafés and beer gardens. The neighborhood offers supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, and cafés within walking distance, while still providing a peaceful place to relax after a day of exploring Berlin.

The Space

My apartment has one comfortable bedroom, a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and one bathroom. There is also a small balcony, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. The bedroom has a double bed, and the sofa in the living room can be converted into a bed to accommodate one additional guest if needed. Since I work from home, you'll also find a height-adjustable desk and a comfortable workspace in the living room, making the apartment ideal for remote work. The apartment is a non-smoking space and offers a comfortable and relaxing stay for solo travelers, couples, or up to three guests.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire apartment. Please note that the apartment is located on the 4th floor of the building, and there is no elevator. If you don't mind climbing a few flights of stairs, you'll be rewarded with a quiet and cozy place to stay.

Notes

I hope you'll feel at home during your stay! 😊 Please note that the apartment is on the 4th floor without an elevator, so you'll need to climb a few stairs. This is my home, not a holiday rental, so I kindly ask guests to treat it with the same care and respect they would their own home. As a non-smoking apartment, smoking is not permitted inside. The small balcony is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or relax after a day of exploring Berlin. I'm always happy to share recommendations for restaurants, cafés, parks, and hidden gems in Berlin, so don't hesitate to ask!

Neighbourhood

My apartment is located in a safe and friendly neighborhood in Berlin, just a 2-minute walk from Volkspark Friedrichshain. The park is one of Berlin's oldest and most beautiful green spaces and is perfect for jogging, relaxing, picnics, or simply enjoying nature. The area has a welcoming community atmosphere, and you'll often see people walking their dogs, exercising, or enjoying the nearby cafés. Despite being close to the city center, the neighborhood feels peaceful and residential.

Getting to my home

Getting to my apartment is easy thanks to the excellent public transport connections. The Landsberger Allee S-Bahn station is just a 5-minute walk away, with direct connections to the city center, Berlin Central Station, and BER Airport. Several tram and bus lines are also nearby, making it convenient to explore every part of Berlin without a car. From BER Airport The easiest way to reach my apartment from Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER) is by taking the S85 to Landsberger Allee. The journey takes around 40 minutes, and from Landsberger Allee station it's just a 5-minute walk to the apartment. Alternatively, you can take the FEX (Airport Express) to Berlin Südkreuz and change to the S41 Ringbahn to Landsberger Allee. This option is often a little faster, especially during peak hours. A taxi or rideshare usually takes 30–40 minutes, depending on traffic. From Berlin Central Station (Hauptbahnhof) From Berlin Central Station, take the M5/M8/M10 tram towards Hohenschönhausen, Zingster Straße and get off at Landsberger Allee/Petersburger Straße. The journey takes around 20–25 minutes, and from the tram stop it's just a 5-minute walk to the apartment.
