OUTDOOR DETAILS: The flat is located in the heart of city center of Ljubljana, Slovenia (more detailed, on Pražakova street). The mentioned street is located 3 min walk from Prešeren square and 3 min walk from the central bus station. The closest city bus station is located 100m away. In the radius of 100m, there are grocery stores, fast food places, pharmacy, our local movie theatre (Kinodvor) and a 5 min walk away is the independent cultural space and squat called Metelkova city, with different events happening every week in the summer. 100m away is also a bike station, with bikes mainly used by turists and locals (it is a system, developed on mobile app called Biciklj).
INDOOR DETAILS: The flat is a 2-bedroom flat, with spacious and modern bathroom with possible floor heating and a huge open living room and kitchen space. One of the other rooms is an art studio and main work space, where you can use all the art supplies available in the room. The last room is the bedroom with big closet space and double-bed, that outlooks on the main outdoor courtyard. You also have free access to the rooftop patio, with a great view of Ljubljana and with nice longue space for easy summer evening. We also have a big book collection (philosophy, theatre, art and humanities...), from which you can freely borrow books for reading during your stay. Other commodities that the flat offers are also: air conditioning, floor heating system, stereo system and movie projector.
The flat is PET FRIENDLY! We ourselves don't have a pet, but don't have any problem with guests that bring pets.
The flat can also be reached by elevator, so therefore is friendly for all people needing assistance (wheelchair friendly).

We are a group of close friends and have been coming to Berlin every year, for the past few years. We are all student, mostly on masters degree. We are all studying in the field of arts and sciences ( Academy of fine arts and design, Faculty of arts, Faculty of architecture). We are organised, responsible, polite and with great social openness. One of us is fluent in German and the other has studied German for 8 years and has great understandment abilities. We are mostly interested in getting to know more of the German and Berliner culture, mostly culture regarding arts, architecture, visual communications and broad social environment.
