Five bedroom farmhouse with expansive garden grounds. The house is set within beautiful countryside. The nearest little village is 8 miles away and has little shops and pubs. Great walks and cycles in the area at Spotiswood forest,  Lammemuir hills,  and Southern upland way.  We go to the beach at Coldingham often which is about 45 minutes away. Edinburgh and Newcastle are easy to reach by car or train - approx 45 minutes in the car and train about 30 mins.

We are next to a farm and enjoy seeing the pigs, cows, sheep and horses going by. We enjoy family time here and our grandchildren enjoy the games room, the in ground trampoline, archery, quad bike, cycle trips etc.
