House in constant renovation and embellishment with a large garden in a quiet residence. Beautiful walks to do on the banks of the Marne and of course plenty of activities possible in Paris, quickly reachable.
The space
Originally a single-storey house, we brought the attic.
On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen open to a large living room, 1 WC, 1 guest bedroom (double bed 140x190cm), 1 bathroom and 1 office.
We can provide the bedroom and the bathroom on the ground floor. We can also accommodate 3 babies. We have a "co-sleeping" cradle (up to 6 months/9 kg max), a cot and a Montessori type floor bed.
Upstairs, there is 1 children's bedroom (with the bed on the floor), 1 soon-to-be-finished children's bedroom, a "children's" bathroom with toilet and a small master suite (with unfinished bathroom).
If necessary, the floor is available except our marital bed for which we wish to keep the exclusivity!
Another sleeping possibility for 2 people in a convertible sofa currently in the living room but which will be moved to the office upon receipt of a new relax sofa.
Guest access
1 floor, accessible with internal staircase.
House accessible for people with reduced mobility because originally on one level (with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and toilets on the ground floor).
Notes
Our house is still being renovated. For example, we have a wood oven outside which is not yet decorated and tiled. So don't be scared to see a cement mixer in the garden!
We have several projects underway, including a potential in-ground pool. To be continued... !
