General Overview

Our home is weatherboard that has been fully renovated with reverse cycle aircon in every room as well as ceiling fans. We have a beautiful garden to enjoy as well as a heated pool. Our home is walking distance to cafes and shops, We are non-smokers, take great pride in our home and garden, and are clean & tidy people. We will treat your house as if it were our own.

The Space

The kitchen dining room and living room are one big room which is nice for entertaining We have outdoor seating also for eight.

Berry has taken home GOLD in the 2024 NSW Top Tourism Awards (Small Town Category) for the 3rd year in a row! With this year’s award being Berry’s third consecutive win, the town has also been honoured with the ‘Hall of Fame’ status. We are absolutely thrilled to be recognised with these awards, especially given the impressive line up of finalists. The South Coast region has shone brightly again this year with Huskisson awarded Gold for the Tiny Town Category and Kiama being awarded the Gold in the Large Town Category. A huge thank you from the Berry Chamber of Commerce and Tourism to Visit Shoalhaven, our committee of passionate volunteers, dedicated local business owners, supportive community, wonderful visitors and of course, all those that voted in the Awards. We are in central Berry township so cafes restaurants and pubs are walking distance We have an amazing children’s park in town as well as great bush walks to discover The beach is a 10 min drive Berry has wineries in surrounding areas and Jervis Bay is 50 mins away

  • Graham and I had a lovely stay in Sandy’s beautiful home. It was so comfortable and styled in a luxurious way. The gardens were delightful; full of sculptures and quirky details. Whilst we were out and about each day, it was always a pleasure to come back to Sandy’s home. Berry is a lovely town and the surrounding areas worth visiting and exploring. We highly recommend a stay in Sandy’s home.

  • Oh my goodness, this exchange at Sandy and Garry’s home in Berry nsw was so fantastic. It was swap number 12 for our family and it really topped out as the best home we’ve stayed in. The house itself is so luxurious and comfortable and has such a great feel about it. The pool and gardens are stunning and we thouroughly enjoyed our time here. The town of Berry is so quaint and a real gem to see. There is plenty to do and the nearby beaches and ocean pools of gerringong and Kiama and Werri are beautiful. Communication was open and easy in preparation for the swap and during the stay. Thank you to these wonderful hosts for opening up their slice of heaven for others to experience.

  • We have just had a wonderful week in Sandy and Garry's gorgeous home! It is beautifully decorated and has all the modern conveniences. Very spacious with 4 large bedrooms. Plus our grandchildren had a ball on the trampoline and in the heated pool. I even went down the waterslide! Berry is a fabulous spot for shopping and has the best playground I have seen anywhere, catering to all ages and agilities. We also went to the beach at Shoalhaven Heads, ten pin bowling in Bombaderry, did some bushwalking at Drawingroom Rocks and visited Kiama blowhole. We have so much more in the area to explore. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us
