General overview

Our 4-bedroom waterfront home offers a genuine Canadian experience, with clear night skies revealing shooting stars and occasional Northern Lights. Embrace the tranquility as you cast your line for excellent fishing or set sail down the river to Lake Huron's pristine waters. The spacious interior provides panoramic views of the river, creating a perfect blend of comfort and nature. Whether you're enjoying wildlife sightings or relishing the relaxing ambiance by the river, this home promises an authentic escape into the heart of Canada's natural beauty.

The space

Our home is certainly lived in. Our floors need to be refinished, our deck needs to be stained and our yard could be beautified with more landscaping BUT the home will be clean and fun for you. The front yard is our greatest selling point with a river to paddle, fish, swim and explore. We love hosting as well and we would welcome anyone with open arms as anyone up for this, are likely our kind of people who love the outdoors, travel, food and new experiences. We have 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. One king, and 3 doubles. We also have a futon and two very comfortable couches and a spare mattress that our kids often use for sleepovers.

Guest access

There are two steps to enter the house. Kitchen, living space, sunroom, laundry, bathroom and two bedrooms are on the main floor. Upstairs is the tv room, ensuite bedroom and another bedroom.

Notes

If you aren't looking for perfect but for a place where you can relax, feel at home and enjoy nature, we are here for you. You can also use our 3 kayaks and two canoes, fire pit, deck, cabana and sauna.

Neighbourhood

Our neighbourhood is country living at it's best. We have a river that leads to Lake Huron in front. A rock to the left and a field to the back. It is very quiet and peaceful. People pay thousands of dollaras to fish in our front yard by staying at fishing resorts nearby. We are 10 minutes out of the town of Massey where you will be able to access a grocery store, convenient store, gas station etc. It is also home the ChuteS Provincial Park which is great for hiking. We are 1 hour from beautiful Manitoulin Island or less if you bring a boat. Sudbury is also 1 hour away.

Getting to my home
