General overview
Cosy family home at a quiet street and rural surrounding but still only 3km to city center.
We have a modern house built in 2008 with all appliances you need as a family.
It's a co housing community (very Danish way of living) where we are 30 families living in each our house but sharing a big common house where we have communal dinners 3 times a week. We also share the playground, gardens, football field etc and all take care of that. It's a great way to live close and get benefits from helping each other out and making social get to gethers but also having your own space and privacy. We are all active and have many clubs to join like biking, running, band, winter bathing, swimming, painting, yoga, game nights etc.
The space
The house has 2 stories: below is an open kitchen, dining table and living room with lots of light from the big windows. You can enter to the terrace with table, chairs and gas BBQ. Downstairs you'll also find the entrance hall, storage for food/cleaning things and bathroom with shower and washing/drying machine.
Upstairs are 3 bedrooms (master bedroom, children bedroom and guest room/TV room) and a small office.
Guest access
2 floors with stairs so unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. But my parents live across the street in a co housing community for elders and their house is wheelchair accessible and they also exchange houses.
Notes
We have wifi, floor heating, office if you need to work, bicycles and car to borrow (we have 2 cars and rarely use both when we travel) and a boat that we also do exchanges with if you want to live on a boat (45,2 feet sail boat with 4 cabins).

Neighbourhood
It's in a quiet neighborhood with a dead end street so few cars. We have a big front and back terrace for both morning and evening sun. We have different playgrounds on our ground and fussball, table tennis, TV in the common house.
We live just 1 min walk from girls with cows and horses and forests. And 2 minutes to a recreational area with running, mountain biking and house trails and 2 small lakes.
The bus to Roskilde city center and the station leave 1 min away across the street. You can reach Roskilde with it's cathedral, shopping, restaurants, café, mall, viking museum, etc in 10 minutes by car, bike, bus.
You can also reach Copenhagen by train in 25 min.
Getting to my home
There is a train from the Copenhagen airport or central station to Trekroner (1 km from our home) or Roskilde. From there you can take bus 201A to our home.

Getting around
The bus leaves across the street to the Trekroner station (1 km away) with 2 supermarkets, cafes, pizzeria, pharmacy and shops. The same bus goes to Roskilde. From both stations you cab take the train to Copenhagen in 25 min
