General Overview

This attic is a traditional home totally refurbished where the original features have been kept in harmony with modern facilities. 6th floor of a beautiful modernist building dated back early 50s. It's in the heart of Lisbon and close to every point of interest, although you can still feel the magic of the old city without being overwhelmed by tourists. The attic has wa magnificent view on the whole city, including San George Caste and it is surrounded by plenty of green areas. We decorated according to our personal taste, a mix of modern and tradition, minimalism and color. The light in this house is very special at all times of the day...

The Space

A huge living space, blessed with plenty of light, a large double bedroom, a super luminous and fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, toaster, kettle, air fryeramd blender. The house is cosy and inspiring, nicely refurbished and redecorated according to our taste.

6th floor served with a small lift(the original elevator from the 50s totally refurbished).

Neighbourhood

Easygoing, very well served, interesting and exciting neighbourhood. It still offers quiteness and a non touristic environment, nonetheless it is in the heart of Lisbon and 2 minutes walking from a well equipped supermarket, 5/6 nice local cafes to seat outside and grab a coffee and a pastel de nata or a full lunch. downstairs there is a well furnished fruit and vegetables shop, a hotel, 2 hairdresser s and a sushi restaurant.

Getting to my home

House is 10 minutes walk from 4 different metro stops: Anjos, Arroios, Picoas and Saldanha. 30'minutes by yellow metro directly from Airport. 15 minutes from main train station Cais do Sodré by direct green metro line, where you can catch train to the beaches, Cascais and Carcavelos.

Nearest airport

Lisbon airport is 15 minutes away by uber and 25 minutes away by direct metro line (yellow direct from airport to Picoas).

Getting Around

10 minutes walk from the famois shopping avenue Avenida da Liberdade, and from there a small walk to Praça do Rossio and Praca do Comércio and the riverside. 5 minutes walking from the Banksy Museum, 20 minutes walking from the Gulbenkian museum. 15 minutes walk from the legendary neighbourhoods of Graça and Alfama. The perfect getaway to discover one of the trendiest capitals of Europe.
