This exclusive 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers the perfect blend of modern luxury and tropical charm. Enjoy our own private terrace, surrounded by lush greenery, along with access to first-class common areas designed for relaxation and comfort. Inside, the space is elegantly styled with modern gray and beige tones, high-end finishes, and top-quality appliances. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, while the spacious living area creates the perfect environment to relax after a day of exploring. The bedrooms feature a luxurious king-size bed and two comfortable double beds, making the condo ideal for up to 6 guests. Step outside and you’re just 5 minutes from the beach, where you can enjoy the turquoise waters and white sandy shores that make Tulum famous.

The Space

Our condo is located in the Beautiful Tulum complex, in the southern part of town along Coba Road, which takes you directly to the beach. You’ll also be close to downtown Tulum, with its vibrant restaurants, cafes, boutiques, and nightlife. Tulum is one of Mexico’s most desirable destinations, blending natural beauty, rich culture, and modern lifestyle. Guests will enjoy access to the complex’s premium amenities, which may include: A refreshing swimming pool surrounded by tropical landscaping 24-hour security and gated access for peace of mind Private parking Beautifully designed common areas perfect for relaxing or working remotely Whether you’re looking for a family vacation, a romantic getaway, or a cultural adventure, our condo is the perfect home base for your Tulum experience. Note: For every exchange, the apartment is professionally cleaned and inspected. This includes fresh towels and linens, which are washed at a professional laundry service. To cover this, there is a cleaning fee of 170 USD.

Guest Access

Our condo is located on the third floor of the Beautiful complex. From this level, guests can enjoy extra privacy along with wonderful natural light and refreshing breezes. Please note that access is via stairs, as the elevator is under installation and scheduled to be operational within the next few months. While the condo offers a comfortable stay with modern amenities, it may not be suitable for guests requiring wheelchair access or other specialized accessibility accommodations.

Getting to my home

Option 1: Tulum International Airport (TQO) The condo is located just a short drive from the new Tulum International Airport, making it the most convenient option for travelers. From the airport, you can reach the property in approximately 30 minutes by car or pre-arranged transfer. Option 2: Cancún International Airport (CUN) If you are flying into Cancún International Airport, the journey to Tulum is also very straightforward: By Car or Private Transfer: The drive from Cancún to Tulum takes around 1 hour and 45 minutes to 2 hours, depending on traffic. You can easily arrange a private shuttle service, rental car, or taxi at the airport.

Getting Around

You can get around to Tulum with several convenient options available: Bicycles: One of the most popular ways to move around Tulum. The town is bike-friendly, and riding through palm-lined streets to the beach is a true part of the Tulum experience. Many visitors choose to rent bicycles for the duration of their stay. Scooters & Motorbikes: A faster and flexible option for getting to the beach, cenotes, and nearby attractions. Rentals are widely available throughout Tulum. Colectivos run frequently and provide a quick and budget-friendly way to reach downtown Tulum, the beach, or nearby areas. They typically pick up and drop off passengers along the main avenue, making them very accessible from the condo. Taxis: Taxis are plentiful and easy to find in town, at the beach, and near major attractions. (It can be little expensive) Car Rental: If you’d like the freedom to explore beyond Tulum such as the ruins of Coba, the lagoons of Bacalar, or the cenotes along the Riviera Maya renting a car is the most convenient choice. Parking is available at the condo complex. Walking: The condo is located close to Tulum’s main avenue, so restaurants, shops, and supermarkets are within easy walking distance.
