General Overview

Our adventure home features a creek, sandpit, fire-pit, and direct access to the lake. There is an 18' pool (Jun-Sep) and Grill, and an inflatable 4-person Hot Tub (Year Round). There are 5 Kayaks, 2 iSUPs, Pedal-boat, a Sunfish Sailboat, 7 Skis, and 26 Bicycles of all sizes and kinds. Just 1 hour from NYC and 30 min from the Delaware Water Gap. Restaurants, Walmart, and shopping are all within 2-miles.

The Space

No events or parties allowed, it is a family-friendly Cul-de-sac, looking for Guests who know how to quietly and respectfully have a good time, and maintain a clean home. No Smoking/Vaping inside the house, no illegal internet downloads or be legally accountable. Booking guest must be min 25yr (ID Check) and are required to stay during the reservation period. Quiet hours 9pm-9am. No loud music allowed. Pets must be pre-approved and will only be allowed on a case-by-case basis. Use of Pool/Creek/Lake/FirePit/Trampoline/Watercraft/Hot tub/Bicycles and all equipment at own risk. Children must be supervised at all times. Life jackets must be worn at all times in the lake. If you are staying on a Wednesday night, please bring all trash/trash can to curb on Wednesday night or Thursday morning (before 8am).

We have an electronic keypad at the entrydoor, it is a split level home.

  • Sunny’s home is an amazing place! Our kids 3&5 didn’t want to leave. They are on a beautiful lake that felt like an oasis. They had all kinds of water sports options to choose from. The pool and hot tub were a favorite! And the trampoline kept the kids busy for hours. We borrowed a couple of bikes and rode to minehill beach only a few minutes away. We explored some other lakes and parks in the area. It’s only an hour or so from NYC and a true gem! And we would come home to watch a nice movie on the on home projector! It was also nice to be in such an amazingly clean home! It felt very safe and the cul de sac was a nice plus! Thank you Sunny for sharing your home!
