General overview
Our comfortable home is a peaceful and private oasis on the edge of the small creative town of Bellingen. Set high to catch coastal breeze the house and deck look out onto the surrounding gum trees, tree ferns and native ornamental flowering shrubs with visits from birds and, if you are lucky, a koala or wallaby.
Bellingen is a small, vibrant community that is admired for it's alternative lifestyle, art, music, and for it's environmental and cultural appreciation and care. We have many festivals and events to enjoy throughout the year.

The space
We have an open plan kitchen, dining and living area with expansive and secure wrap-around deck providing opportunity for multiple spaces for relaxation, play and dining.
The large, private yard with native and ornamental trees and shrubs is well suited to bird watches and nature lovers who enjoy peaceful surrounds and morning birdsong. You can wander down or enjoy it all from the deck or private outdoor spa.
There are 3 bedrooms with the master bedroom enjoying a comfortable king size bed. The other 2 bedrooms have comfortable double beds and include work spaces. Please note that we are yet to renovate the double bedrooms and plan a fresh coat of paint and new storage. They are however quite comfortable.
Guest access
Our single level home is accessed via three stairs. There are no internal stairs. The deck is high but it is secure. We safely raised three energetic children here.
Notes
We have chickens that live in a large, secure pen in our yard. You can enjoy fresh eggs during your stay. Don't worry, there is no noisy rooster to wake you from your peaceful slumber.
